Client terms

Our full client terms are being finalised with our advocate. We send them with every quote. You accept them in writing before you pay, and nothing is binding until you do.

The main points

• One firm, one named REOI, in English. You get a criteria checklist, a claim → evidence table and the EOI, in Word.
• USD 150, paid in full in advance. Clients in Kenya pay by card or M-Pesa in KES through Paystack. Clients abroad pay by card in USD. We issue an eTIMS invoice for each payment.
• The quote holds the REOI for you for 24 hours. Full payment in that time books the work. At least seven working days must remain before the REOI deadline when payment arrives.
• One consolidated revision round is included. We correct our own errors at no charge before the deadline.
• Delivery at least three working days before the REOI deadline, if you send your materials by the evidence date in the order confirmation. If we miss the agreed date through our own fault, you get a full refund.
• You check every line against your records, then sign and submit the EOI yourself. We never submit it, sign it or contact the procuring entity for you. We do not promise shortlisting or a win.
• Your files are used only for your order, never shared with another firm and never used to train an AI model. We delete them 30 days after final delivery, or sooner if you ask. Details: privacy notice.
